George Orvin reflects on his cadet years at The Citadel and his medical education. He describes his meetings with General Charles P. Summerall and college activities. Orvin's decision to go into psychiatry and his medical practice are discussed. Orvin describes his efforts in establishing the Brigadier Club in 1948 to raise money for athletics at The Citadel.
