BAKER, LEROY H., JR., INTERVIEWEE, 1924-

Leroy H. Baker, Jr. served as navigator and communicator on the USS Southland during World War II. After the war, he was assigned to the Naval Receiving Station in Charleston where he helped process troop separations.
