Businessman, member of Citadel Class of 1944.
Timothy Street was a member of the Class of 1944 that was called to active duty in May 1943. He received a commission as an ensign in the U.S. Navy in the spring of 1944. Prior to the Japanese surrender, his unit was sent to support the First Marine Division in Northern China. After the war he completed his Business degree at The Citadel and joined his family's stevedoring business and steamship agency in 1947. He retired in 1984.
