A competitor in the famous marsh!

What is the Bulldog Challenge? The Bulldog Challenge is a 6-mile extreme endurance course held every year at the Citadel in Charleston, SC. All of the proceeds for the Bulldog Challenge go toward a worthy cause every year. This year, we are donating all proceeds to the Semper Fi Society Scholarship fund, which will be used to help NROTC cadets and active duty Marines at the Citadel who will soon become Marine Officers.

Who organizes the Bulldog Challenge? The Bulldog Challenge is completely student-run. Every year, several of the active duty Marines that are a part of the Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) platoon at the Citadel form a staff. Throughout the school year in their own free time these Marines plan, coordinate, and execute everything necessary to conduct a successful race.
