The Citadel Parents' Weekend 2011

The Citadel welcomes you to Parents' Weekend, one of four big weekends held annually to recognize our cadets, parents, alumni, family and friends.

Parents' Weekend is a wonderful opportunity to visit the campus, meet faculty, staff, and administrators, and become more familiar with The Citadel, its history and traditions. And, of course, we want you to spend time with your cadets whether they are seniors about to receive their class rings or freshmen ready to mark a milestone in their leadership development journey through our promotion ceremony.

There is a lot to see and do, from performances by the Summerall Guards and the world-renowned Regimental Band and Pipes to barracks visitation, drill competitions and football. The links below will take you to more information. So browse, learn and we look forward to having you on campus in October.
