** IMPORTANT **

Cadets interested in chartering a club/organization on The Citadel campus must read Memorandum 4-1 and print and complete Annexes A, B & C. The information requested is pertinent to your club's charter. All three annexes must be completed and signed by the club/organization’s advisor and turned in to Cadet Activities no later than 1 October.

An organization that does not complete the requested forms in full will not be recognized as an official Citadel club and will not be allowed to raise funds as a club.

All fund raising activities must have a completed premission form on file with Mrs. Milner in Cadet Activities.
