ON-CAMPUS
INTERVIEWING (OCI)

| On-Campus
Interviews (OCIs) are arranged by employers through The Citadel
Career Center. Interested students must either apply to OCI job postings
on The
Gate (online job board, resume database, and more)
or through their participation at The
Citadel Fall Career Fair or Spring
Career Fair. Students should review the OCI Guide for details about their participation. Interviews are held at The Citadel Career Center at 573 Huger Street, unless otherwise noted. |
| OCIs associated with Career Fairs: |
| Recruiters
participating in our career fairs may arrange an OCI date to follow-up
with selected candidates met at the fair. Some dates will be arranged
in advance, while others will be arranged after the recruiter has
collected resumes at the career fair. On-Campus Interview dates arranged in advance by organizations participating in Citadel Career Fairs are noted on the Participating Organization Snapshot (located on the respective career fair website). Be sure to visit their tables at the career fair to be considered for an interview. Recruiters who have arranged OCIs in advance will schedule interview times for their OCI date with selected candidates during the career fair, while those who schedule an OCI date after collecting resumes at a career fair will follow-up directly with candidates of interest to schedule their interview times. |
| OCIs associated with Job Postings on The Gate: |
| OCI dates that coincide with a job posting will appear on your Gate account under the 'Jobs / Internships & Graduate Program Postings' tab. Select the 'Postings for The Citadel' and then search 'Show Me All Interviews' to find the position announcements associated with On-Campus Interviews. If your account has the On-Campus Interview tab grayed out, please contact Celeste Melvin, Recruitment Coordinator, to inquire about receiving access via hireCitadel@Citadel.edu. Go to The Gate to access an existing account or create a new account. |
