payment of moving expenses is included in college
memorandum 12, dated 14 December 1998. This

(1) Moving expenses
may be reimbursed if considered essential for the successful recruitment
of a particular
position.
(2) The hiring department
must obtain approval from the Provost. This form
must be attached to the
Request for payment.
(3) Only moving expenses that are considered qualified expenses by IRS regulations will be reimbursed.
