6.  How is the course load? What is the quality of the education I will receive?

Minimum course load is 12 credits. 

In the latest version of US News and World Report, The Citadel was named the best value in the South and the #2 public university in the South.  For the 6^th straight year, The Citadel School of Engineering was ranked among the top 50 undergraduate engineering programs in the nation.  Newsweek named The Citadel as one of the hottest 25 colleges in America and the top military school in the nation (ahead of the service academies, Norwich and VMI).
