Physical Plant General Information

General Information

The Physical Plant is organized in two Divisions comprised of ten separate shops. The primary function of the Physical Plant is to provide maintenance and repair of the campus buildings, facilities and grounds. The Physical Plant has 86 employees devoted to performing these functions.

The Physical Plant is one of the activities under the direction of the Vice President for Facilities and Engineering. The other is Construction Management.

Construction Management is responsible for all-new construction, major renovations and facility upgrades on the campus.
