What is the QEP? The Quality Enhancement Plan is a major component of the reaffirmation process and will be "a course of action for institutional improvement that addresses one or more issues that contribute to institutional quality, with special attention to student learning." It will be comprehensive, affecting every department in the college, and will become part of The Citadel's stragegic plan. In its final form, it will be about one hundred pages long, including documentation.

Call for Suggestions: An invitation to all students, staff, faculty, and alumni to participate in the formulation of the Quality Enhancement Plan. Make your suggestions by January 15, 2003.
