In 1991, The Citadel Regimental Band and Pipes had the distinctive honor to perform at the Edinburgh Military Tattoo in Scotland. The Tattoo, set against the grand backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, is attended by more than 217,000 people each year, with over 35 percent of the attendees coming from overseas. Without question, this is one of the most amazing assemblies of entertainers worldwide.

Opportunities like the one experienced in 1991 are rare, so it is with great pride that The Citadel shares announces that our Regimental Band and Pipes have been invited back to perform during the summer of 2010. It goes without saying that this is truly an honor, and speaks highly of the respect garnered by both The Citadel and its Regimental Band and Pipes.
